Warranty|F.A.Q.

Turqgear warrant that all of our products are free of defects in material and workmanship. If our products are defective, we will, at out option, repair or replace your product with a new Turqgear product. Turqgear knives are designed and manufactured as cutting tools and are not intended for use of other purposes.
Using Turqgear knives other than cutting is considered abuse, hence voids the warranty. Turqgear do not warrant knives against abuse, misuse, modifications, normal wear or rusting due to neglect.
Our state of the art manufacturing process with top quality materials ensure that Turqgear knives are life time cutting tools with correct care.
If any damage DO occur to your knife due to misuse, our repair department can analyze the damage and repair it for you. If your knife is beyond repair and must be retired, we will offer a single time %30 discount off MSRP (excluding deals etc.) for the same knife.
How to send your knife for Analyze&Repair
Please follow the steps below if you would like to send your knife for Analyze&Repair.
1. Briefly describe the problem and send clear pictures of the blade to support@turqgear.com (Please clear your blade before sending any pictures.)
2. After preliminary analyze, our team will inform you about the cost of repair if any should arise.
3. To ensure correct repairs are made, you need to fill out Repair Form and send a printed copy with your knife.
4. Securely package your knife and use traceable shipping services (Turqgear is not responsible for damaged or lost product during shipping process). Also, please note that we do not cover shipping fees and will not accept counter-payment cargo.
Your repair process will start once your payment has been verified.

Warranty FAQ’s
How long does repair process take?
Usual repair time is 2-4 weeks, after your repair process has been verified and authorized, depending on the defect of your product, but this time may vary throughout the year.
How much does it cost to repair my knife?
If your knife is defective due to material or workmanship, we will repair or replace your knife for free. If you have damaged your knife due to misuse or abuse, although cost will vary, we will keep it at minimum and reasonable.
Does warranty cover blades that became unusable due to improper or too much sharpening?
Wear due to sharpening is a natural process in a blades life and too much sharpening can wear out your blade. Both improper and too much sharpening are not covered under warranty.
Coating of my blade is scratched or worn, is it covered under warranty?
Coating scratches with use or wear are natural and not covered under warranty. If you want your blade recoated, we will recoat for $15.
